<p>The Export to Google Sheets extension allows you to document and report on work in progress. With this extension, you’ll be able to export active and completed tasks, including due dates, task priority, creation date, description, section, and assignee.</p>

<h2>Setting up the extension</h2>
<ol>
<li>Open the Todoist app.</li>
<li>Click <strong>your avatar</strong> in the top-right corner.</li>
<li>Select <strong>Integrations</strong>.</li>
<li>At the top, click <strong>Browse</strong>.</li>
<li>In the list of available integrations, select <strong>Export to Google Sheets</strong>.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Add</strong>.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Confirm</strong>. </li>

<p>When you run the extension for the first time, you will be asked for read-only access to application data. Additionally, you will be prompted to sign in to your Google account. </p>

<h2>Using the extension </h2>
<ol>
<li>In any Todoist project, click the <strong>three dots icon</strong> in the top-right corner to open the project menu.</li>
<li>Click<strong> Export to Google Sheets</strong>.</li>
<li>Use the checkboxes to select which task fields (including due date, priority, creation date, description, section, and assignee) you want to export and if you want to include all completed tasks.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Export</strong>.</li>
</ol>
<div class="box-note">Any active recurring task is considered as uncompleted by this integration. Only after you choose to complete it forever, will it show up as a completed task.</div>
