<h2>How do I get the new Todoist app for Windows 10/11?</h2>
<p>You can download the new app from our <a href="https://todoist.com/downloads/windows" target="_blank" rel="noopener">downloads page</a>. </p>
<p>Please note that installing the new Todoist for Windows 10/11 app will not automatically remove the old Windows app. We therefore recommend that you uninstall the old Windows app by following <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uninstall-or-remove-apps-and-programs-in-windows-10-4b55f974-2cc6-2d2b-d092-5905080eaf98">these instructions</a>.</p>

<p>Good question! Our main reason for creating a new version of the Windows Todoist app was to offer a better experience that’s more consistent across platforms. Aligning this new app with other versions of Todoist means fewer bugs, quicker bug fixes, faster app updates, as well as more new features.</p>
<h4>Will I lose any data if I switch to the new Todoist for Windows?</h4>
<p>Not at all! You can simply log in to your existing Todoist account and continue managing your tasks. </p>
